Seals Eastern is able to mold slugs and billets using our standard compounds for your lathe cut rubber packer element and other oilfield prototypes. Our slugs are molded using Aflas ®, Viton ®,  HNBR, Nitrile, EPDM, and other synthetic rubber for use in oilfield applications. These slugs can be used to lathe cut packer elements for completions, steam injections, and other downhole projects. Some of the available slug sizes are tabulated below.
