    Seals Eastern manufactures close tolerance rubber and "rubber to metal" bonded seals according to customer specifications. We support our customers with knowledgeable service and product support. Precision Molded Elastomer Seals
  • O-rings - AS-568A standard o-rings in addition to any non-standard o-ring for the most demanding service. We mold using individual insert cavities for the tightest tolerance on parting lines available. Large diameter o-rings can be "cut and joined".   • "Controlled Strain"™ Gaskets - Our patented "Controlled Strain"™ gasket design enables both high and low pressure sealing on surface pockets of any size and dimension. Our design allows you to establish a low compression set seal in small surface areas.
  • Rubber-to-Metal Gaskets - We can design, manufacture and deliver typical composite gaskets of silicone (or other appropriate materials) bonded to steel using our Ford Q-1 certified processes.
  • V-rings and D-rings - Any size and any parting line restrictions can be manufactured. Our specialty includes materials for high pressure applications.
  • U-cups - Standard and non-standard dimensions manufactured to your specification.
  • Washers & Grommets - We specialize in materials for high temperature, high mechanical load, and high pH applications such as coolant and engine oil seals. Our precision molded washers deliver the lowest compression set available for a rubber seal.
  • Grease Retaining Seals - We manufacture 24 x 7 and deliver rubber-to-metal grease seals numbered in the millions per year.
  • Metal Bonded Valve Seats - Any elastomer, any metal, any geometry.
  • Packer Elements - Large volume parts in any elastomer with any profile. We run 24 x 7 for delivery times measured in hours.
  • Slugs - We mold the highest quality slugs for your lathe cut prototypes and seals. Our slugs are guaranteed to be free of any voids. Many sizes are available.

    We have state-of-the-art AFLAS ® compounds and manufacturing techniques to produce high performance components. Our materials excel in harsh environments where high temperature (220C), high pressure, extreme pH, or other environmental adversity is present.   • Perflas ™ (FFKM) 9291, 9294, & 9295 seals for high temperature and aggressive chemical service
    We have the latest in Ausimont PFR technology to deliver premium quality perfluoro-rubber (FFKM) seals. Our Perflas 9294 and Perflas 9295 seals are resistant to aggressive chemical environments and offer outstanding high temperature service up to 300C.
